Foreskin is tight & doesn't retract

We  understand that you’re experiencing some concerns with the skin on your penis. It’s completely natural to have questions about your body, and I’m here to provide you with information and support.

Phimosis

Phimosis

It sounds like you’re dealing with a situation where the foreskin of your penis is not retracting as easily as you’d like. This condition is known as phimosis, and it can happen for various reasons. Sometimes, the opening of the foreskin is too narrow, making it difficult to pull back. While you’ve already tried to gently push it back and have attempted masturbation, it’s important to approach this situation with care to avoid causing any discomfort or injury.

The good news is that this is a relatively common concern and can often be managed with the right approach. It’s important to remember that everyone’s body is unique, and what you’re experiencing doesn’t mean there’s something seriously wrong. Many people have successfully dealt with similar situations and found effective solutions.

To ensure your well-being and find the best solution for your situation, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional, such as a urologist. They have the expertise to assess your condition and provide personalised advice. They might suggest gentle stretching exercises over time to gradually improve the flexibility of the foreskin. In some cases, a medical procedure called a circumcision might be recommended, but this decision would be made based on your individual needs.

Remember, seeking professional guidance is a positive step toward understanding and addressing this concern. Your health and comfort are important, and a healthcare provider can offer the best guidance tailored to your specific situation.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or concerns. You’re not alone in this, and there are resources available to help you navigate through it.
